Job summary

Amazon Advertising LLC is seeking a senior leader to grow the Advertising Insight Sharing (AIS) program at the intersection of risk management, data governance, and technology. You will own the insight disclosure decisioning process, govern data integration, and deploy AI-enabled tooling at scale.

This global role collaborates with engineering, legal, and privacy teams to balance innovation with governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, math or equivalent required.
• 10+ years in risk management, data governance or data privacy/protection with technical data systems experience.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and data security/compliance knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication to engage senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the AIS data governance framework across Amazon Advertising and partner orgs.
• Define risk appetite, control frameworks, and escalation for insight sharing globally.
• Provide governance of data integration pipelines and data quality standards.
• Identify and deploy AI/ML solutions to automate risk assessment and compliance monitoring.
