Job summary

Amazon is seeking a senior leader to evolve the Advertising Insight Sharing program. You will drive risk governance, data protection, and AI-enabled tooling across data sharing workflows, partnering with engineering and policy teams to scale decisions while maintaining privacy and governance.

The role is global, requiring strategic collaboration with senior leaders and region stakeholders. You will own the governance strategy for data sharing, ensure compliance, and drive automation to improve

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data engineering pipelines, cloud solutions, ETL management, databases, visualizations and analytical platforms.
• Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication to interact with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering/analytics or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and governance.
• 10+ years in risk management, data governance, or data privacy roles with technical scope.
• Expertise in data governance frameworks, classification, lineage, and metadata management.

Responsibilities

• Own AIS risk governance strategy and data classification, access policies, lineage, and sharing.
• Define risk appetite, control frameworks, escalation for insight sharing across markets.
• Communicate proposals and governance requirements to senior leaders.
• Oversee data integration pipelines, data quality, metadata, and security standards.
• Evaluate APIs, clean rooms, and data lake architectures for privacy-by-design.
• Lead AI/ML powered risk assessment, anomaly detection, and compliance monitoring.
