Formación

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, ML, EE or related field.
• Strong Python and deep learning framework skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLM pre-training, continued pre-training or post-training and RL.
• Experience building agents that interact with tools and executable environments.

Responsabilidades

• Research methods for reasoning, planning, tool use, memory, and reliable execution of multistep tasks.
• Develop pre-training and post-training approaches to strengthen models’ knowledge and coding abilities.
• Build learning pipelines using curated corpora, demonstrations, synthetic data and agent trajectories.
• Apply reinforcement learning and other methods to improve agent performance in executable environments.
• Investigate inference-time reasoning and search to improve solution quality and efficiency.
• Develop agents for software and hardware workflows, including code generation and verification.
• Create benchmarks that measure correctness, generalization, and sustained performance.
• Collaborate with software and hardware teams to translate research into capabilities.
• Publish research and share findings through technical reports and demonstrations.
