Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product development, marketing, strategy, digital, or UI design.
• Experience implementing OKRs.
• Ability to facilitate collaboration within Neighborhood/Town domain.
• Knowledge of agile approaches and design thinking.
• Experience providing technical solutions to functional challenges.
• Ability to synthesize data across business and market to inform product development and digitization.
• Producing detailed functional and information requirements models and documentation, including strong storytelling to ensure buy-in.
• Training teams’ requirements analyses and quality reviews.

Responsibilities

• Transform high-level vision into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria. Ensure that the agile team delivers agreed upon standards for quality and scope.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure they build the right functionality in a timely manner.
• Understand, read and analyze team results and agile metrics to communicate progress on product roadmap and OKRs.
• Use market knowledge to generate criteria to inform end-user needs and enhance user satisfaction.
• Translate strategy into actionable tasks and manage backlog with Neighborhood Leads to deliver the most valuable work first while preserving technical integrity.
• Lead large scale product demos or reviews; develop UI prototypes and perform analytics on usage and data.
• Review metrics and OKRs to update stakeholders on progress against the roadmap.
