Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to own the vision and strategy for platforms and AI-driven products. You will define roadmaps, write clear requirements for design and engineering, and conduct customer research to drive continuous improvements in the customer experience.

You will lead day-to-day execution, respond to evolving business needs, and make critical product decisions while collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a hybrid, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• Typically, 4–6 years of relevant platform engineering or software development experience.
• Proven ability to deliver products/services in high-growth environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to align with stakeholders.
• Background as a software engineer is a plus.
• Proficient in application development tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and strategy for products on behalf of clients.
• Define the product roadmap and deliver clear requirements for designers and engineers.
