Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager in the SaT Global Innovation team to lead the Competitive Edge Platform and drive AI-enabled use cases. You will oversee roadmap requirements, release management, and vendor coordination across regions, guiding activation and adoption of new tools.

You will partner with client teams to sell and deliver engagements, while shaping strategic direction and collaborating with global technologists to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• End-to-end product leadership from ideation to launch, including business case, agile delivery, vendor mgmt.
• Strong understanding of SaT services and AI/automation to drive value.
• Led client engagements and delivery teams with focus on outcomes.
• Change management and activation/adoption of new tools across teams.
• Engage senior leadership and align cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Manage Competitive Edge Products and new AI use cases, roadmaps, and releases.
• Support client engagement teams in selling and delivering engagements.
• Activate products within SaT and coordinate with global teams.
• Address complex project issues and drive strategic outcomes.
