Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions and troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine approaches.
• Define and drive the platform roadmap for agent-based capabilities with measurable outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of core agent platform components, SDKs, reference implementations, and integration patterns.
• Partner with product, engineering, risk, and control stakeholders to align requirements and unblock execution.
• Establish quality, performance, and operational standards for agent workloads including monitoring and testing.
• Translate experimentation into production with scalable designs and repeatable deployment practices.
• Incorporate governance, privacy, and model risk considerations into platform design.
• Communicate technical strategy to senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
• Promote enterprise-approved AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Apply SDLC tools to improve value realized by automation.
