Qualifications

• 5+ years engineering experience in software development.
• Degree in CS, data science or ML.
• Proficient in Python and production-grade code.
• Experience with AWS/ECS/Bedrock.
• Hands-on with LLMs and agent-oriented frameworks.
• Familiar with evaluation and observability for LLMs.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute creative software solutions and technical troubleshooting across multiple areas.
• Own and build agentic platform components end-to-end: UI, orchestration, routing, memory, training, evaluation.
• Evaluate emerging AI/ML techniques and integrate best tools into production.
• Improve quality via evals, error analysis, and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with quant research, product, and engineering to onboard agents.
• Build and maintain production-grade, observable, scalable code."
• Contribute to technical direction and standards for agent design and deployment.
• Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architectural feasibility and credentials.
