Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production AI/ML systems and cloud-native apps.
• Strong experience with applied ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and knowledge graphs or agentic AI.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, testing, CI/CD, and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, deployment, and operation of production AI capabilities.
• Design and deliver Generative AI, LLM, RAG, and agentic AI solutions with measurable impact.
• Build reusable AI platform components, services, APIs, and workflows for Pearson products.
• Own end-to-end AI delivery lifecycle from prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
• Establish scalable MLOps/AIOps practices for training, deployment, observability, governance, and cost.
• Mentor engineers and data scientists to elevate AI engineering capabilities.
