Job summary

Strive Solutions seeks a Lead Product Engineer to design and deliver agentic AI and observability solutions for finance and insurance platforms. You will lead the technical vision, architect scalable services, and drive the integration of telemetry, logs, and metrics to empower teams to detect, diagnose, and prevent issues.

You will mentor engineers, promote reliability and security, and collaborate across data, SRE, and product teams.

Qualifications
