Job summary

PNC is seeking a Software Engineer Lead in its Enterprise Technology group based in Dallas, TX, or Pittsburgh, PA. You will lead the design and development of NLP modules, conversational AI capabilities, and GenAI-powered automation using Python and Java to support core product initiatives.

You will mentor engineers, drive language model refinement, and ensure scalable, reliable AI services integrated into enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
• Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
• Facilitates complex problem resolution.
• Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.
• Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
