Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading AI/ML projects or teams.
• Proven ability to translate AI/ML into measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, and CV.
• Practical Python programming and ML libraries experience.
• Experience with SQL and data warehouses/data lakes on large datasets.
• Experience taking AI/ML models from development through deployment and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across AI/ML initiatives and strategy.
• Lead modelling projects, data preparation, feature engineering, and evaluation.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders on opportunities and outcomes.
• Mentor data scientists and ML engineers, fostering high performance.
• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvement of models and services.
• Promote MLOps practices: versioning, testing, CI/CD, and experiment tracking.
• Manage risks related to bias, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Translate complex AI findings into clear business recommendations.
• Report progress and impact to senior leadership.
