Job summary

Artifintech is seeking a Lead AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and operationalize AI capabilities that empower the Finance organization. You will drive LLM applications, RAG workflows, and intelligent agents to improve decision-making and productivity at enterprise scale.

You will collaborate with Finance, Data Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Responsible AI teams to ensure trusted, governed AI solutions that meet enterprise standards and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Proven software engineering and ML/AI engineering experience.
• Hands-on production experience with generative AI and LLMs.
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, evaluation, and governance.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, data platforms, scalable systems, and security/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, and operationalization of AI capabilities for enterprise-scale decision-making.
• Develop LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation, intelligent agents, and classification workflows.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Responsible AI teams to ensure governance and reliability.
