Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC seeks a Lead AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and operationalize AI capabilities that power decision-making, productivity, and innovation across the Finance organization.

The role leads development of AI-powered solutions including LLM applications, RAG, intelligent agents, and summarization workflows; you will work with Finance, Data Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Responsible AI teams to ensure trusted, scalable, and governed AI products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• Significant experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI engineering.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying generative AI and LLM-based applications in production environments.
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, AI agents, model evaluation, and operational AI governance.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, data platforms, and scalable software systems.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance practices.
• Proven ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Experience leading enterpriseAIproducts from design through production support.
