Qualifications

• 3-5 years in AI implementation or software development.
• Expertise in prompt engineering for voice, chat, and email agents using Eleven Labs, OpenAI, Claude and Grok.
• Proficiency in n8n, Make, Zapier, webhooks, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript.
• Basic UX design knowledge to ensure user-friendly AI interactions.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize AI prompts for voice, chat, and email agents.
• Build and test workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, and integrate systems via webhooks and APIs.
• Oversee technical architecture for AI agent deployment and ensure scalability.
• Mentor the Junior AI Implementation Specialist and guide technical strategy.
