Job Summary

Support development and deployment of AI-powered voice, chat, and email agents using platforms like Eleven Labs, OpenAI (including OpenAI Voice), Claude, Grok, and Vibe Code concepts. Collaborate on AI prompting, workflow automation with n8n, Make, Zapier, and integrations via webhooks and APIs. Entry-level role with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize AI prompts for voice, chat, and email agents using Eleven Labs, OpenAI (including OpenAI Voice), Claude, Grok, and Vibe Code concepts to ensure effective interactions.
• Build/test workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier for automation across AI systems.
• Integrate AI agents with external services via webhooks and APIs for seamless data flow.
• Test/debug AI workflows for voice, chat, and email functionalities, ensuring reliability.
• Document processes, prompts, and integrations for scalability.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and resolve issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic knowledge of AI prompting for voice, chat, and email agents, with exposure to Eleven Labs, OpenAI (including OpenAI Voice), Claude, Grok, and Vibe Code concepts.
• Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation tools.
• Understanding of webhooks and APIs (RESTful).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• 0-2 years' experience; recent graduates welcome.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to voice AI (e.g., Google Cloud Speech, Amazon Polly), chat, or email automation tools.
• Basic Python/JavaScript scripting for integrations.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms.
