Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer Lead to drive the design, deployment, and scaling of AI agents and agentic workflows across engineering teams. This onsite, Monday–Friday role centers on leading AI strategy, architecture, and governance within Carrier Engineering.

You will mentor engineers, lead pilots and production deployments, and collaborate with software, electrical, mechanical, and test engineering teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD with significant AI/ML experience.
• 3+ years Agentic AI industry experience.
• Willing to travel up to 10% annually, including domestic and international trips.
• Willing to adjust working hours for global virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of AI agents and agentic workflows to accelerate engineering processes.
• Define and execute the Agentic AI strategy, roadmap, standards, and best practices across Carrier Engineering.
• Architect AI-powered solutions using LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and workflow orchestration frameworks.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to deliver high-value AI solutions.
