• Expertise in .NET, Python and React for full-stack delivery.
• Experience delivering agentic AI patterns and scalable AI-enabled systems.
• Ability to mentor engineering teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack apps and AI workflows using .NET and React.
• Architect scalable microservices and AI-enabled backend systems.
• Design agentic AI patterns (LLM orchestration, tool use, RAG, multi-agent workflows).
• Collaborate with product owners, data/ML teams, and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Mentor engineers, enforce coding standards, and ensure quality delivery.
• Review code, ensure security, reliability, and performance across the stack.
• Integrate AI services (LLMs, embeddings, vector stores, tooling) into production apps.
• Build responsive React frontends supporting AI-driven UX (chat, copilots, dashboards).
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements for scalability and reliability.
• Communicate risks, timelines, and status to stakeholders.
