Solvd, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead cloud, data, and AI platform direction across AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes. You will shape reference architectures, landing zones, and IaC standards to enable secure, scalable production systems at enterprise scale.

You will design lakehouse/warehouse data platforms with governance, drive AI-enabled delivery, and mentor engineers, ensuring cost guardrails and strong security posture throughout implementation.

Qualifications

• Have 12+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or data engineering, including several years as the accountable architect for production systems at scale.
• Have deep hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, production Kubernetes, and Terraform (or an equivalent IaC tool).
• Have designed and shipped modern data platforms, such as [Databricks / Snowflake / Fabric / Redshift], including governance and data quality, not just pipelines.
• Think security-first. IAM design, zero-trust networking, encryption, and audit readiness are defaults for you, not afterthoughts.
• Use AI as a force multiplier, not a novelty. Show concrete examples of AI shortening delivery timelines and know its limits.

Responsabilités

• Define architecture direction across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and IaC standards.
• Design lakehouse/warehouse data and AI platform patterns with governance and cost guardrails.
• Lead technical discovery, size and de-risk work, and write solution designs and scope.
• Drive AI-accelerated delivery across discovery, design, IaC, code generation, and documentation.
• Ensure security and compliance by design, including IAM, network segmentation, and logging.
• Improve operability with run cost, reliability targets, observability, and rollback paths.
• Mentor architects and engineers, turning repeat solutions into accelerators.
