Job summary

Solvd Inc. is seeking a senior architecture leader to drive cloud, data, and AI platform strategy. You will shape reference architectures, define standards, and ensure secure, cost-effective delivery at scale.

You will mentor teams while maintaining close alignment with business goals and governance requirements. You will partner with BU leadership to move AI workloads into production, design governance patterns, and optimize cloud spend while delivering measurable outcomes across enterprise

Qualifications

12+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or data engineering with production-scale architectures.
Deep hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
Designed and shipped modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, Redshift) with governance.

Responsibilities

Define reference architectures, landing zones, and standards across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code.
Design lakehouse and warehouse data platforms with governance, streaming, and cost guardrails.
Lead technical discovery, size and de-risk the work, and write solution designs and scope.
Use AI tools across the architecture lifecycle to accelerate delivery and ensure production readiness.
Own IAM, network segmentation, secrets management, and logging with SOC 2/ISO 27001 considerations.
Mentor architects and engineers, turning repeat solutions into reusable accelerators.
