You will design experiments, build evaluation frameworks, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable AI capabilities used by healthcare organizations worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping high-quality code on challenging projects.
• Senior, autonomous contributor with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, ML, or related field.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
• Experience shipping ML models to production.
• Attention to detail and first-principles approach.
• Experience with AI/ML systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design experiments and evaluate AI benchmarks.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to accelerate experimentation.
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize ML models.
• Collaborate on core product to enhance platform capabilities.
• Establish observability and monitoring for AI deployments.
• Set technical direction for experimentation and evaluation.
• Mentor engineers and resolve tough tradeoffs.
