Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Strong Python and PyTorch expertise
• Experience deploying neural networks on AI hardware through compilation steps
• Strong English communication (B2+)

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate neural network architectures using PyTorch for diverse tasks
• Train, validate, and fine-tune models on relevant data for high accuracy
• Analyze model performance and iterate to improve results
• Map models to Tenstorrent devices via compilation steps and kernels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compilers, NNs, LLMs, and CNNs
• Deploy neural networks ensuring scalability and reliability
