Job summary

GEICO is seeking a software engineer to lead the development of AI-powered products and agentic workflows that automate business processes and enhance customer experiences. You will design, deploy, and operate scalable production systems while mentoring other engineers in LLM implementation.

The role requires 4+ years of software engineering experience with at least 1 year in production Generative AI or LLM systems, and a strong proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks.
