TSMC Arizona is seeking a hands-on AI Engineering Tech Lead to drive development and production deployment of AI solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and engineering productivity. Based in Arizona, you will own local delivery and share reusable components across TSMC’s global footprint.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI projects from concept to production and measure business impact.
• Design architectures, develop and review code, troubleshoot performance issues.
• Lead and mentor engineers, set technical direction across projects.
• Develop AI/ML solutions with data collection, model development and deployment.
• Own production operations with MLOps/LLMOps, monitoring and rollback.
• Build trustworthy, auditable AI systems with governance and acceptance criteria.
• Scale solutions by sharing reusable components across global teams.
