Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking an experienced software/AI lead to design, develop, and deploy AI orchestration solutions for Generative AI applications in a cloud‑first environment.

You will guide architecture, mentor teams, integrate Azure OpenAI services, LangChain, Snowflake, and MLOps practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable AI workloads.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Software Engineering, AI, or Machine Learning experience.
• 2+ years in a Technical Lead or Engineering Lead role.
• Strong experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Azure Functions, AKS.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Orchestration, Agentic AI, and RAG.
• Hands‑on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Snowflake, including Semantic Views and Cortex Analyst.
• Strong Python programming skills with API and Microservices development.
• Solid understanding of MLOps/LLMOps, AI governance, and production AI deployments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
