EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Engineer to join a self-directed product team focusing on the AI Hub and GenAI platform on Azure. You will refine user stories with Product Managers and ensure scalable, secure AI services across production environments.

You will build chatbots, semantic search, and RAG applications, while developing an agentic framework and unstructured data pipelines for research and AI applications.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and CrewAI.
• Multi-agent experience in production environments.
• Experience in agent tracing.
• Experience in RAG implementation.
• Experience in LLM application development.
• Familiarity with the Azure GenAI stack.
• Proven track record of production delivery.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

The core product environment centers on the AI Hub, a centralized Generative AI platform built on Azure, utilizing OpenAI LLMs, Azure AI Search, and open-source Python libraries for scalable, secure, and maintainable services. Key initiatives include deploying GenAI applications, developing an agentic framework, and building an unstructured data pipeline to ingest, enrich, and make diverse data sources available for research and AI applications.
