Noor Group is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to define technical direction for AI powered agents and automation across the mortgage lifecycle. You will architect cloud-based decision flows, mentor engineers, and partner with stakeholders to transform mortgage processes into intelligent experiences.

Responsibilities include leading design and deployment of AI agents, integrating with LOS/CRM/POS, and evaluating new models and tools in a multi-cloud setting. Remote work available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in AI application development, automation engineering, or cloud engineering with leadership experience.
