Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, software architecture, quality engineering, site reliability engineering, or DevOps.
• 2+ years of experience with generative AI tools, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted software delivery workflows.
• Experience with IDEs, version control, and software delivery tools.
• Experience with SDLC activities including requirements, design, development, testing, and release.
• Experience validating deliverables against quality, security, or compliance requirements.
• Ability to travel 10-50% on average.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Break down business and technical requirements into tasks, prompts, and validation criteria for AI agent teams.
• Orchestrate delivery across architecture, development, QA, UX, and documentation workflows.
• Validate AI-generated outputs for code quality, security, compliance, and release readiness.
• Coordinate end-to-end software development lifecycle activities from requirements to release support.
• Support GPS client engagements by accelerating technology modernization in public sector environments.
