The role emphasizes mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable solutions in a remote-first environment. The team leverages Claude Code and GitHub CoPilot, with an emphasis on responsible AI, rigorous testing, and maintainable code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional software development in an agile team.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and training environments.
• Proficient in SQL Server and Entity Framework.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and cloud-native apps.
• Strong unit testing and code quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, scope, and decompose complex features using AI-assisted workflows.
• Direct AI agents to meet business requirements and standards.
• Develop scaffolding for AI tools, including agents and workflows.
• Lead comprehensive automated testing and verification.
• Mentor team members and contribute to hiring.
