• Strong hands-on development in Java and Python; build robust ETL/ELT pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute creative software solutions and troubleshoot complex problems beyond routine approaches.
• Drive AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, speed, and reliability.
• Lead architecture and delivery of large-scale data pipelines (ETL/ELT) end-to-end.
• Design data lake patterns with quality controls, lineage, and governance.
• Build and optimize Spark workloads and data formats like Parquet/Avro.
• Implement engineering best practices: CI/CD, testing, observability, security-by-design.
• Develop Java services and components for data workflows and APIs.
• Create REST APIs and integration components for platform interoperability.
• Apply modern software engineering: clean architecture, SOLID, automation, security.
