Job summary

You will drive AI/GenAI integrations, ensure reliability, security, and performance, and collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver on milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with progression into lead roles.
• Strong full-stack skills in .NET, React, Next.js, REST/GraphQL.
• Ability to architect and deliver production-grade applications with reliability, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of full-stack applications from architecture to production support.
• Set engineering standards for code quality, testing, performance, and security.
• Make architectural decisions and mentor engineers to grow.
• Lead AI and GenAI features integration within Firm applications.
• Own CI/CD pipelines, observability, and incident response.
