Job summary

Mission Pet Health seeks a Product Manager to own the intelligence platform roadmap at the intersection of AI, data, and clinical operations. You will partner with engineering, data science, and field/clinical leaders to ensure adoption and impact across hospitals.

You'll influence strategy, prioritize initiatives with clinical and revenue impact, and drive end-to-end delivery from problem definition to launch while delivering measurable adoption in real-world practice.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management on an AI or data product.
• Ability to own a roadmap end-to-end and shape strategy with stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communicator for clinical, operational, and executive audiences.
• Experience collaborating with data science or ML teams to bring model-driven features to production.
• Track record of driving adoption for products requiring field behavior change.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions without perfect information.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the intelligence platform and shape strategy with stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery from problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and analytics to translate capabilities into features.
• Define success metrics, instrument features, and review outcomes after each launch.
• Own launch management including communication plans, training materials, and adoption paths for field and clinical teams.
• Serve as the primary product voice across clinical operations, marketing, regional leadership, and tech teams.
