Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Support Delivery Lead to guide a high-performing Ads support team in a hybrid SF Bay Area setting. You will steward end-to-end delivery for buyers and publishers, shaping standards, tooling, and incident response while partnering with Product, Engineering, and GTM to drive customer impact at scale.

The role emphasizes coaching, operational excellence, and a data-driven approach to ongoing improvements in ad delivery, monetization, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Support Delivery or similar.
• Experience supporting advertising products and workflows.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with product and engineering impact.
• Ability to define and manage operational KPIs and cadence.
• Project/program management across time zones and stakeholders.
• Automation-first mindset with AI and tooling to scale support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Ads support engineers, ensuring high performance in a complex domain.
• Set expectations, standards, and conduct performance reviews with development plans.
• Design and improve support coverage for buyers and publishers with rigor.
• Serve as bridge between Support Delivery, Engineering, Product, and GTM; align priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve issues and drive product feedback loops.
