Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience in Support Delivery or Ads Operations.
Experience leading ads support engineers and cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to define and drive KPIs and reporting cadences.
Strong program and project management skills across time zones.
Experience applying automation, AI, tooling to scale support.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of Ads support engineers to operate at a high technical standard.
Set expectations, run performance reviews, and develop growth plans.
Design and improve support coverage for ad buyers and monetization issues.
Bridge Support Delivery with Engineering, Product and GTM; align priorities.
Partner with engineering to resolve complex issues and generate product insights.
Handle escalations professionally and represent the company well.
Contribute to scalable, efficient user operations strategies.
Collaborate on Ads launches to ensure readiness and rollout risk mitigation.
