Job summary

Celonis Services is seeking a Lead Deployment Engineer to drive AI-enabled deployments across Iberia & LATAM. You will lead hands-on implementation, build data models, and guide junior consultants, combining platform mastery with AI-augmented delivery to generate measurable business value for enterprise customers.

In pre-sales and post-sales, you shape deployment roadmaps, define success metrics, and ensure adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in management or IT/solution consulting or process improvement consulting.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on deployment of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers.
• Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, analyses, and dashboards.
• Define project scope, SOW, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Validate outputs for business relevance and adoption with customer context.
• Coach junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
