Merlin Labs is seeking a systems-thinking leader to drive data strategy for training, simulation, and deployment of next-gen AI models in safety‑critical aviation. You will lead a team of data and infrastructure engineers to ensure rigorous, traceable data workflows and robust model release.

• 5+ years engineering experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale distributed training infrastructure (GPU/TPU).
• Deep understanding of simulation pipelines and safety-critical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the data strategy spanning model training, simulation, and production deployment.
• Own end-to-end data pipelines, including collection, labeling, curation, versioning, and delivery.
• Partner with safety and certification teams to establish data quality standards.
