Job summary

Merlin Labs is seeking a systems-thinking leader to drive data strategy for training, simulation, and deployment of next-gen AI models in safety‑critical aviation. You will lead a team of data and infrastructure engineers to ensure rigorous, traceable data workflows and robust model release.
