Job summary

Axtria, Inc. is seeking a Project Lead/Manager for our AI & Data practice in Thousand Oaks, CA.

You will lead global data engineering teams, manage complex data analytics programs for Life Sciences clients, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver rigorous data solutions. The role requires 5–8 years in data engineering leadership, graduate degree, and deep knowledge of pharma data sets plus cloud and analytics tooling.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 5–8 years leading data engineering teams.
• Graduate degree required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial pharma data sets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global teams to deliver programs for Commercial Data Management and Analytics.
• Directly work with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Develop data science capabilities and enable access to large data sets using cloud and open-source tools.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time with client satisfaction.
