Job summary

Axtria, a global provider of cloud software and data analytics solutions for the life sciences industry, seeks a Senior Leader for its AI & Data Practice. You will spearhead transformational cloud data management, analytics, and AI initiatives for major life sciences clients, driving client engagement and delivery excellence.

You will oversee cloud platforms such as AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure, guiding solution development and fostering innovation in data warehousing and AI strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• MBA or other advanced degree is preferred for leadership roles.
• Experience in life sciences or healthcare analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire client engagements, ensuring world-class delivery of strategic, high-impact projects across life sciences.
• Act as a trusted advisor for key clients, guiding them through data transformation journeys that enhance business growth.
• Manage large-scale client engagements from inception through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality.
• Cultivate and grow client relationships to expand Axtria’s footprint and influence in the life sciences sector.
• Contribute strategic insights into Axtria’s solution development and innovation roadmap.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of innovative cloud and data management solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
