Job summary

Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science with 5‑8 years of prior relevant work experience in leading data engineering teams.
• Knowledge of Lifesciences domain and pharma data sets.
• Experience building GenAI/Agentic AI solutions and RAG pipelines is a plus.
• Strong experience with commercial pharma data sets and data integration.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead global teams to deliver Commercial Data Management and Analytics programs.
• Manage end‑to‑end data and analytics projects for Life Sciences clients.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Develop data pipelines, enable data science capabilities, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Mentor data engineers and manage project delivery across time zones.
• Identify process improvements and drive implementation.
