Arthrex is seeking a Sr AI Data Platform Governance Analyst in Naples, FL to lead governance of Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI initiatives across IT and business teams. You will design, implement, and monitor policies, controls, and lifecycle management for data, apps, flows, and agents to ensure security, compliance, and value delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in governance, 2+ years in Power Platform/M365 administration, and a bachelor’s degree.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years relevant governance, security, or data controls experience.
• 2+ years in governance, compliance, or related controls work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design and continuously improve governance frameworks and controls.
• Govern asset lifecycle, including data, apps, flows, copilots, and agents.
• Translate requirements into governance objectives and assurance expectations.
• Establish access, data handling, and auditability controls.
• Define monitoring, reporting, and KPIs for usage, risk, and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Compliance, Risk, Architecture, and business teams.
