Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Sr AI & Power Platform Governance Analyst to lead governance for data, low-code, Copilot, and AI platforms, partnering with IT, Security, Compliance, Risk, Architecture and business teams.

The role focuses on designing frameworks, monitoring, KPIs, and enabling secure, scalable adoption of enterprise AI while maintaining data integrity and regulatory alignment across Arthrex's global operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of governance, security, or compliance experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Databricks, Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or AI stacks.
• Hands-on monitoring, auditing, reporting, and operational oversight experience.
• Ability to scale governance across multiple solutions, teams, and environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence across technical, compliance, and business boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Design, establish, and improve governance frameworks, policies, standards, guardrails, and control objectives for data, low-code, Copilot, and AI platforms.
• Govern full lifecycle of assets: data products, apps, flows, Copilots, agents, and AI components.
• Translate security, compliance, risk, and architecture requirements into governance objectives and assurance expectations.
• Establish access, data handling, auditability, and responsible use controls.
• Manage metadata, lineage, cataloging, and data quality; champion data stewardship.
• Define governance monitoring, auditing, reporting, and KPIs for visibility into usage, cost, risk, and compliance.
• Clarify ownership across data, platform, and AI governance to avoid gaps or overlaps.
• Enable responsible adoption with enablement, workshops, and training; manage risk.
• Drive governance maturity through automation and standardization with platform teams.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Compliance, Risk, Architecture, and business stakeholders.
• Create and maintain governance documentation, runbooks, and procedures.
• Adhere to Quality System Procedure and Change Control.
