Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Sr AI Data Platform Governance Analyst to lead governance for Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI platforms. You will partner with IT, Security, Compliance, Risk, and Architecture to establish policies, lifecycle management, and assurance across data, apps, flows, Copilots, and agents.

You will translate requirements into practical controls, drive monitoring, and enable responsible adoption while ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence across Arthrex's

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years relevant experience preferred.
• Experience designing and implementing governance, security, and compliance controls in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud ecosystem, including Entra ID, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on governance, monitoring, auditing, and reporting across data, low-code, and AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, establish, and continuously improve governance frameworks, policies, standards, guardrails, and assurance for data, low-code, Copilot, and AI platforms.
• Govern the full lifecycle of assets from onboarding to retirement, including data products, apps, flows, Copilots, and AI components.
• Translate security, risk, and architecture requirements into governance objectives and acceptance criteria.
• Establish access controls, data handling, auditability, and responsible use requirements to protect Arthrex while enabling delivery.
• Define and maintain governance monitoring, KPIs, and reporting for usage, cost, risk, and compliance.
• Clarify ownership across data, platform, and AI governance to avoid gaps and overlap.
• Enable adoption by promoting high-value use cases and running enablement activities with stewardship of risk.
• Drive governance maturity through automation and standardization in partnership with platform teams.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Compliance, Risk, and Architecture to align governance with enterprise objectives.
