Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Lead Developer to provide hands‑on technical leadership for data engineering, analytics, and AI‑enabled solutions in support of large‑scale data modernization initiatives. You will design, build, and operationalize high‑quality data and analytics solutions while guiding development teams and collaborating closely with architects and operations leads.

Qualifications

US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years in data engineering, analytics development, or software development.
Hands-on experience building data solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Snowflake).
Experience implementing AI solutions using Cortex code and Cortex suite.
Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and analytics solution development.
Experience in Agile delivery environments.
Ability to work in a hybrid DC area environment.
