Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 8+ years in system design or technical customer support in tech, with travel up to 50%.
• Deep knowledge of datacenter hardware: servers, storage, network devices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical leadership for large-scale NVIDIA AI datacenter deployments, ensuring seamless integration and customer happiness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and deployment issues across GPU, networking, and storage.
• Act as a technical expert supporting sales teams, driving adoption of NVIDIA solutions with customers.
• Lead technical engagement with customer engineers, architects, and decision-makers to identify system architectures.
• Support engagement with NVIDIA Cloud Partners and Enterprise customers to accelerate deployment and adoption.
