NVIDIA seeks an Infrastructure Solutions Architect to lead onsite deployments of NVIDIA AI datacenter systems, collaborating with customers, NCPs, and internal teams to ensure smooth integration and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in system design or technical customer support within the technology industry, including cloud partner architecture/solution validation, deployment, and scaling activities.
• Deep knowledge of datacenter hardware such as servers, storage systems, and network devices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical leadership for large-scale NVIDIA AI datacenter deployments, ensuring seamless integration and customer happiness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and deployment issues across GPU, networking, and storage technologies.
• Act as a technical expert supporting sales teams, driving adoption of NVIDIA solutions through collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• Lead technical engagement with customer engineers, architects, and decision-makers to identify system architectures and key product requirements in the enterprise AI space.
• Support engagement with NVIDIA Cloud Partners (NCP) and Enterprise customers to accelerate deployment and adoption of NVIDIA AI technologies in cloud environments.
