Job summary

SteerBridge, a modern technology company delivering mission-focused solutions to the U.S. Government and private sector, seeks a Lead AI/Data Analyst for the Marine Corps Logistics GPN program.

You will lead an analytics team at the Pentagon, turning complex logistics data into actionable metrics for mission readiness. You will establish data standards, deploy automation, and apply AI/ML to build predictive models and visualizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of related experience in data analytics and DoD logistics.
• Experience applying AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch to develop predictive models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead analyst and coordinator at the Pentagon.
• Oversee and mentor an off-site team of junior and mid-level data analysts.
• Implement and maintain data standards across the program.
• Coordinate data analysis efforts to support Marine Corps logistics operations.
