Qualifications

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI and CAC eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 8+ years DoD analytics experience.
• Experience leading analytics teams and coordinating multiple projects.
• Proven ability to develop executive dashboards and decision-support products.
• Strong background in AI/ML/BI methods and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior contractor lead for GPN analytics supporting Marine Corps leadership.
• Lead an off-site analytics team delivering dashboards, data models, and reports.
• Coordinate requirements with CNA, CD&I, I&L, and government stakeholders.
• Develop and validate authoritative data files for logistics and operations.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics.
• Apply AI/ML and BI techniques to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Mentor analysts and ensure quality across products.
• Support data governance, cybersecurity, and records-management per DoD policies.
