Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
• 3+ years experience applying AI, analytics, and computer vision in manufacturing/automation/ops.
• 3+ years developing, training, and deploying CV models in production.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, validate, and optimize CV models for manufacturing (inspection, monitoring, anomaly detection, segmentation, classification).
• Lead dataset development: collection, annotation strategies, quality assessment, augmentation, curation.
• Partner with sites to identify data needs, collect imagery, build datasets, train models.
• Support deployment of CV models via the AMI platform.
• Collaborate with integration and deployment teams for end-to-end VPM solutions.
• Configure, test, and improve model performance across dev and prod environments.
• Create reusable datasets, templates, evaluation methods, and deployment workflows.
