Cognizant is seeking a Business Analyst with AI skills in the CRM and Enterprise Applications domain. The salary range for this role is between $114,000 and $133,500 depending on skills and qualifications of the candidate. This is a remote role, and the candidate can be located anywhere in the US and must have valid work authorization. We are unable to offer visa sponsorships.

Responsibilities:

1. Work on intake requests for new projects and requests from the business related to AI - identify the information required to complete an intake request and demand in LPM.
2. Work with the business to identify and clearly define detailed functional requirements for each assigned project / intake request.
3. Work with the QA team to define acceptance criteria for each project / intake request.
4. Support the business in user acceptance testing activities.
5. Collaborate with the AI development team to clarify requirements and functional specifications.
6. Define and measure outcomes of AI project implementations and service requests.
7. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for business users adopting AI platforms/tools.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting AI teams.
